TRAVEL ADVICE

Our personalized approach to each journey helps our clients feel cared for and confident as they prepare for their one-in-a-lifetime adventure. We personally travel to all of the destinations our clients visit, and our firsthand knowledge and attention to detail readies our clients to embark on their journeys and ease into the rhythm of safari.

HEALTH & SAFETY

It is important to consult your doctor before your safari to discuss health precautions specific to your journey. Some safari destinations in Africa are located in malaria-risk areas, and in some countries a yellow fever vaccination is compulsory. It is best to consult a professional for personalized medical advice specific to your health history.

PASSPORTS & VISAS

We will provide individualized information depending upon the length of your safari and specific requirements and visa fees for the countries included in your journey. Typically, travelers to Africa must have a passport that is valid six months beyond your departure date that also contains a sufficient amount of blank visa pages.

BANKS & CURRENCY

Each country accepts a unique list of foreign currencies. We will provide you with information specific to your journey, so that you are well prepared throughout your travels. In most countries, you can securely withdraw local currency from an ATM, or exchange foreign currency as soon as you arrive at the airport, as well as use credit and debit cards.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Should there be an incident while you are traveling, it is very important to have the necessary travel insurance information at hand. This will permit prompt action and assistance during an event, whether it is lost baggage, a missed flight, or a medical emergency.
