You will be woken up with a gentle wake up knock, a warm cup of coffee or tea, and a light breakfast just before sunrise. As you set out with your camera and layered clothing, the sun will rise to reveal the breathtaking landscape. The crisp morning air will awaken your senses, encouraging you take in and consider each sight, smell, and sound.

Each destination has its own dynamic population of wildlife, and each excursion is a new and unique adventure! One day you may spend time with a breeding herd of elephants, and the next you may follow the tracks of a leopard to find it resting in a tree. Your highly trained and licensed guide will use nature’s clues to shape your adventure to your interests. While exploring, stop to enjoy an invigorating coffee or tea and soak in Africa’s undeniable beauty.

As the sun’s heat becomes stronger, animals become less active, providing a perfect opportunity to take a break back at camp. Enjoy the beauty of the camp’s serene surroundings, take a swim in the pool, and keep a look out for wildlife passing by. As the afternoon begins to cool off, you will meet for a quick snack to discuss the afternoon’s agenda with your guide.

At the end of your afternoon adventure, sip a refreshing drink and watch the sunset over the African landscape before heading back to camp. When the sun has set, the bush TV (campfire) is lit, and story time begins. Share in the day’s magic with new and old friends before sitting down to a lantern-lit dinner. At night’s end, you will be escorted back to your room where you will fall asleep to the sounds of the African bush.
